Lucas Oil Products is seeking a Regional Account Manager to sell our high-quality, premium additive and lubricant products to new and existing customers in our Western Territory

As a Regional Account Manager, you will:

  • Represent a premium national brand
  • Become an expert on the Lucas Oil product-line and how our products make customer’s lives easier 
  • Sell to multiple channels including heavy duty, marine, automotive, industrial, agriculture, outdoor and more
  • Hunt for new business throughout a defined sales territory 
  • Grow and nurture existing customers
  • Provide sales solutions and service support programs to existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with the Lucas Oil Products National Sales Team to identify new sales and service opportunities
  • Remain current on industry developments and emerging trends 
  • Provide feedback, support and training to other sales reps 
  • Track pipeline opportunities 
  • Overnight travel as required 

Required qualifications: 

  • 5-8 years of outside sales experience 
  • Considerable experience and comfort with cold calling (non-negotiable)
  • Experience servicing and growing existing customer accounts 
  • Experience selling packaged and bulk petroleum products, and/or experience in the trucking industry 
  • Proven success in scouting the hard-to-find deals 
  • Driven to identify new customers and close deals
  • Have a solutions-focused selling approach 
  • Experience selling to multiple buyers within the same organization 
  • Experience selling multiple product lines
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity and professionalism 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Proficient with Google Suite 
  • Clean driving record 
  • Able to lift 50lbs 
  • Ideal location: California, Nevada, Utah
