This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You are providing your information to Lucas Oil Products, Inc. (“Lucas Oil”) and the Indianapolis Colts (“Colts”) and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. The information you provide will only be used for marketing purposes. Participation in the Sweepstakes implies an understanding and acceptance of all rules.

Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 a.m. EDT on September 19, 2021, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST  on January 2, 2022 (Last day to enter is January 2, 2022)

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous continental United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY LOCATED AT http://www.lucasoil.com/PrivacyPolicy AND THAT YOUR ENTRY AND THE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE SHARED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES PROVIDERS, LUCAS OIL AND THE COLTS, AND EACH OF THEIR RELATED SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES.

1. SPONSOR: Lucas Oil, 302 N. Sheridan St., Corona, CA 92878 (“Sponsor”).
   
   
2. TO ENTER: Enter the Sweepstakes by attending any of the Indianapolis Colts home games at the Lucas Oil Stadium (“Stadium”) and catch a Colts distributed T-Shirt with the $250 Visa gift card (the “Winning Card”) during the Lucas Oil Parachute Drop held during the 4th quarter. Head to the GearBox located in the Lucas Oil Plaza (“Plaza”) inside the Stadium to redeem the Winning Card, take a photo of yourself in the Plaza, and post the photo to your personal Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account with the hashtag #LucasItWorks during the Sweepstakes period. Alternatively, you may enter by taking a selfie at any of the selfie stations (i.e., Indy Car, PPL Tractor, or Blue Mascot) located in the Plaza, and post the photo to your personal Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account with the hashtag #LucasItWorks during the Sweepstakes period. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to all Sweepstakes terms and condition. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. (EST) January 2, 2022. Submissions are only accepted by using the proper #LucasItWorks hashtag. Limit one (1) entry per person or household regardless of which social media account profile is used. Multiple submissions may result in disqualification. The use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means, or any other device to subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such entries will be void.
   
   
3. PHOTOS: All photos must be 5 MB or less in size, must be in .jpeg or .gif format, and must have been taken by you (or you must own all rights to the photo). Photos MUST NOT:
   1. Have been previously submitted to any contest, sweepstake, or promotion of any kind.
   2. Have been copied, in whole or in part, from any other work.
   3. Contain material that, in the sole discretion of Sponsor:
      1. Disparages any person or disparages the Colts or Sponsor, or any of their affiliates or competitors, or any of their respective products or services.
      2. Violates or infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third-party.
      3. Includes any third-party trademarks, logos, or brand names (although your photo may include Sponsor’s trademarks and logos if they are used in the proper manner).
      4. Appears to intentionally duplicate any other submitted photos.
      5. Is hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous.
      6. Promotes bigotry, racism, sexism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based upon race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
      7. Contains any personal information, including, without limitation, name, address, e-mail address, or phone number.
      8. Uses the names, likeness, voices, or other indicia identifying any other person, living or dead.
      9. Promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing).
      10. Promotes any activities that may appear to be unsafe, dangerous, or unlawful.
      11. Is unlawful.
      12. Contains any nudity or any sexually explicit, lewd, offensive, disparaging, or other inappropriate content.
4. LIMITATIONS: Employees, temporary employees, independent contractors, and interns of Lucas Oil or the Colts, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and their respective agents, officers, directors, managers, vendors or franchise partners, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. The term “members of the immediate families” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. 
   
   
5. PRIZE: One (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected to win a trip to the 2022 NFL Draft in Las Vegas, NV. Prize includes two (2) nights’ stay at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice, airfare for two (2), and tickets to the NFL Draft for two (2) (“Prize”). (Approximate Retail Value is US $2,800.00). 

   The above-mentioned Prize is not redeemable for cash (except as provided herein) or transferable (except as provided herein); no substitutions are allowed except, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, if a featured prize becomes unavailable. All winners are responsible for any costs not specifically mentioned above, including any federal, state, and local taxes associated with a Prize. Furthermore, the Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all meal and transportation costs not specifically included herein.

   The Grand Prize Winner and guest must comply with all Sweepstakes terms and conditions. All travel accommodations and events are subject to availability, change, and certain restrictions. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, pandemic, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. For the avoidance of doubt, round-trip coach-class air travel is limited to one (1) plane seat per traveler. Furthermore, the Grand Prize Winner, or his/her guest, must provide the hotel with a major credit card issued in one (1) of their names to cover room security and incidental expenses (if any), and the hotel may require such person to be twenty-one (21) years of age, or older. In the event the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her guest engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is threatening, illegal, unsafe or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her guest home with no further compensation

6. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: ODDS OF WINNING THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS SATISFYING THE ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA DESCRIBED ABOVE.
    
7. PROCEDURES: The random drawing of one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected on January 2, 2022, from among the eligible #LucasItWorks entries submitted on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The random drawing will be conducted by a Sponsor representative. No individual shall be eligible to win more than one (1) of the prizes, if applicable.
   
   
8. WINNER: The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone and/or an email message within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to confirm his/her name, address, and email address, or the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If a Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is unable to be contacted via phone or email message, Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to select an alternate winner. By entering and accepting a Prize, all winners hereby grant to Sponsor, and Sponsor’s affiliates and partners, the unlimited right and permission to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, display, reproduce, and otherwise exploit the photo (edited or altered as Sponsor sees fit). Moreover, all winners hereby grant an irrevocable sub-license and absolute right and permission to Sponsor, and its related affiliates, and partners to use his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, except where prohibited. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such account by Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning account addresses for the domain and number associated with such account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All offers are non-transferable.
   
   
9. AFFIDAVIT/RELEASE: Each winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of prize notification. 
   
   
10. RESERVATIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, mobile device, servers access providers or software including, but not limited to any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computers relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft tampering destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, illegible garbled or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, and randomly award the Prize from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Lucas Oil, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
    
    
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:The Grand Prize Winner assumes liability for losses or injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Sweepstakes, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any prize. By entering this Sweepstakes, you release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Lucas Oil, the Colts, and all of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, and their respective directors, officers, managers, members, employees and agents (“Sponsor Parties”) from any and all liability for injuries to any person (including death), or property, loss or damage of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any Prize and waive any and all claims against Sponsor Parties for any and all such injuries, loss or damage.
    
    
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, CONCERNING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW ARE LIMITED IN ALL RESPECTS TO THE DURATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR PARTIES OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION OR OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
    
    
13. DISPUTES:Sponsor shall resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules. Its decision shall be final and binding.
    
    
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:The Sweepstakes and all of the related pages, contents, and code are the copyright of Sponsor and its related subsidiaries, and affiliates. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted material or trademarks without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
    
    
15. GENERAL CONDITIONS:This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting within the State of California will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules. In the event that the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the released parties will not have any liability to entrants who are disqualified due to such action.
