Country Music Star Chase Matthew Joins Lucas Oil for Music-Themed Giving Tuesday Event at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (Dec 4, 2024) – For Giving Tuesday, Lucas Oil, country music star Chase Matthew and the Ascension St. Vincent Foundation teamed up to raise funds and brighten spirits for the patients at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent. Country artist Chase Matthew brought his star power and big heart to the children’s hospital Tuesday, interacting with young patients and their families in holiday and movie-based music trivia led by PMCH Music Therapist Cassandra Haines.

The company also kicked off a month-long community initiative to encourage donations and show support for the children’s hospital. The fundraising campaign will extend from Giving Tuesday through December 31, with Lucas Oil pledging to match the first $100,000 in donations.

“This Giving Tuesday is a special one, and I was very excited to join Chase in creating a day of joy and music and fun for these young patients,” said Katie Lucas, President of Lucas Oil and Chair of the Ascension St. Vincent Foundation Board of Directors. “Supporting the incredible care the doctors, nurses and staff provide to so many who come through the hospital is deeply important to us. We’re honored to be a part of their mission and hope others will join us in showing gratitude for this exceptional facility we have right here in our community.”
