After a week it has stopped dripping!

Got a 2002 f150 4.2 for my wife. It had 20800 miles on it and was a one owner in really good shape. Except when got it home there was oil leaking under it. Locked like rear main seal. Change oil and filter and put some of that Blue rear main sealer in it. Dove it like they said and it did not help. Was dripping ever time she came home. So I was about to spend a lot of money to replace the rear seal. But said I will try the Lucas oil stop leak before spending a lot of money on it. After the first day it slowed down the drip and after a week it has stopped dripping. Yes it still used a little oil but it is a old truck with a lot of miles. It has been about 5 weeks now and no drip in the carport. How long it will work I don't know. But for me it did a great job. Yes I would say try it if you have a leak. Best $14 I spent in along time.

My 2001 Honda Accord had been having small leak issue, which the dealer recommended having the O-ring on distributor replaced to stop the leak, but the leak persisted. I previously used Lucas Oil for my transmission before and it worked great, so I decided to try this $9 method before doing anything else. After the first bottle about 5 months ago, I could feel the engine running smoother than before and the leak also stopped. Obviously I got a second bottle to use at my next oil change interval which was two months ago and had not have any problem since. Since my car is 17 years old, I will certainly use this product at every other oil change interval from now on. I would rather pay an extra $9 at every other oil change interval (or at least once a year) as a preventive maintenance method than end up spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars to replace the seals later, especially the temperature where I live at times can fluctuate as much as 40 degrees within a day. I added Lucas Oil Stop Leak about a month ago and what a difference!

I have a 2004 chevy cavalier with 304,000 miles which is my work car. I usually have to add 1 quart of oil every 2 weeks. I commute 80 miles a day back and forth to work. I added Lucas Oil Stop Leak about a month ago and what a difference! I have only needed to add a half of a quart oil since adding that. I will continue to use the Engine Oil Stop Leak with every oil change from now on!! AWESOME PRODUCTS!!! Tested, proven, and effective!!

I cannot say enough positive things about the Lucas Oil leak product. My daughters 2004 Honda Civic developed an oil leak. We were told it was a head gasket with a repair cost of $1200! A friend recommended the Lucas product so what did we have to loose. After getting an oil change and having them put 1qt of the Lucas product in (Follow directions on the bottle) we waited to see if this would solve the problem. After about driving the car for about 200 miles the leak disappeared no more oil spots on the driveway! The engine is running smoothly and no more leak. Thank you Lucas Oil!!!

And To My Surprise, It Has Worked.

I personally just purchased a 2000 Toyota Camry with a significant oil leak when running. I used the stop leak Lucas engineered and to my surprise, it has worked for now. I'm hopeful that it's a long term remedy and in the future I'll be treating my engine with this every oil change considering the car is running after 270k!
