Oil Stabilizer and Transmission Fix Keep ’87 T-Bird Rolling

I had an 87 Ford Tbird with several noise and hesitation problems. Tranny resisted shifting, rod starting to knock and cam tappets wearing out. 154,582 miles and I dropped in oil stabilizer and transmission fix and the car drove smooth and quiet for another 129,759 almost trouble free miles. I say Almost because it was after all an 80's Ford. I now swear by all Lucas products.

Everyone should know about these products

I had a 1997 Ranger truck and it would not pull up the slightest grade. I stopped at Advance Auto and ask about the cost of a transmission. The attendant stated that it would be $1400.00. He then suggested for me to put a bottle of Lucas Transmission Product in it and let it idle for 5 minutes. I did as he suggested and it never slipped again and I sold the truck nine years later without any repairs to the transmission. Later I had a Charter Bus Company and never had an engine or transmission problem in 14 years because I had Lucas in every engine and transmission. I have told this story to many Bus and Truck companies over the years and they too use Lucas now. I bought the Lucas Transmission Fix fluid and all of my problems went away!!!

I just want to say thank you!! I had two or three codes from my transmission relating to solenoids and wiring etc. I was having very rough shifting and slippage. This story goes about 20 years ago. I was on a vacation with family and we were driving our 1990 Olds 88 (FWD). We had gotten to our destination and the CV axle seal on the driver side had completely failed and leaked out quite a few quarts of transmission fluid.
