This story goes about 20 years ago. I was on a vacation with family and we were driving our 1990 Olds 88 (FWD). We had gotten to our destination and the CV axle seal on the driver side had completely failed and leaked out quite a few quarts of transmission fluid. I’m Blown Away with the Results.

I just want to take a minute to thank the makers of Lucas transmission stop slip. I am the owner of a 2006 Toyota Tundra that was experiencing a slip in the transmission when accelerating from a dead stop and hesitation from drive to reverse. I really expected to have to pull the transmission and have it rebuilt or purchase a new one. I was willing to give this product a try to avoid the inevitable headache of a major mechanical repair. This product is hands down a dream come true

I wanted to say wonders about the Lucas Trans Stop Slip. I have a 2006 Monte Carlo, that had a fluid and filter change at 92000. After it began to slip alot, I added this to it and BOOM, no slipping! I currently have 115000 and still strong, I will often get a minor slip but am going to add another bottle, regardless this product is hands down a dream come true.

I have a 1987 Volvo 240GL with just over 270,000 miles on it that gets very little road time. When I got it five years ago the transmission was leaking. I replaced the cooler line fittings only to discover the trans was leaking from the main seal where the bellhousing attaches to the gearbox. To replace this is basically a full rebuild. There was a NOTICEABLE difference within 10 minutes

My daughter has a 2006 Mercury Milan 6-cylinder. It has 110,000 miles on it and she mentioned to me last week that it sounded like it was shifting weird from 1st to 2nd. I took it for a drive and noticed it was starting to slip just a bit coming out of first (shift flare).
