Oil Stabilizer and Transmission Fix Keep ’87 T-Bird Rolling

I had an 87 Ford Tbird with several noise and hesitation problems. Tranny resisted shifting, rod starting to knock and cam tappets wearing out. 154,582 miles and I dropped in oil stabilizer and transmission fix and the car drove smooth and quiet for another 129,759 almost trouble free miles. I say Almost because it was after all an 80's Ford. I now swear by all Lucas products.

Uses Lucas Transmission Fix

I was traveling thru California on my family vacation, when my transmission suddenly started shifting hard in low gears and slipping. All that went thru my mind at that moment was great , this is going to ruin my plans to take my kids to Disneyland . It then crossed my mind , how am I going to get my vehicle home 600 miles away. I stoped into a pepboys (where i also work at back home), and I purcased a lucas transmission additive . I removed a quart of transmission fluid and added your additive . Since that moment till a month later (today) , I have had smooth sailing with my vehicle. I know this additive is not my permanent solution to all my transmission needs, but I want to thank you for making a good product. I really feel that your product helped me out of a jam that could of ruined my family's whole vacation. Now at work when my customers request my advise on what additives I recommend, its going to be lucas, because now I am really a believer. Lucas Transmission Fix Saves Larry’s ’05 Dakota

My Dodge Dakota 2005 got a 700 code for the transmission The shop wanted $814.00 to put a new shift solenoid in Well I got some fluid out and put your Lucas in and by god less than a 100 miles later light went out and the truck shift like new. Thank you Lucas you got my vote!

I have a 2007 F150. The transmission was shifting hard. I was told the differential needed work. I had the driveshaft replaced which helped. A mechanic recommended Lucas [Transmission Fix]. He thought the transmission had issues. He didn’t recommend changing the fluid or the filter. After changing the fluid and the filter and adding Lucas, my transmission was renewed. Lucas is amazing. -

I purchased a bottle of Lucas Oil Transmission Fix yesterday and put it in my 1981 Corvette collector car I recently purchased at a Mecum auction in Fort Worth. The car has the TH350C automatic with the locking torque converter. The car is all original right down to the last nut and bolt and had spent its entire life indoors when not being driven in perfect weather. I’ve driven it about 500 miles since I purchased it and noticed recently that when in park and idling the transmission whined a bit, kind of like a needle bearing starting to show some wear. I started researching your product because of the Lucas reputation and bought the Transmission Fix product and added it yesterday afternoon and immediately the whine went away but as I drove it I realized that was just the tip of the iceberg. It shifts so smoothly that it almost feels like it has a CVT transmission in it. When the locking torque converter kicks in that is a lot smoother as well. When I shifted it from park to either reverse or drive the first few times I thought the shift linkage had broken it moved so smoothly. The motor seems to not be under near as much stress idling in park or going down the road and a lot of just overall noise is gone from the car. It was one of those kind of deals where I didn’t realize the noise was there until it was gone. Thanks for what you do!
